Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

The Key2.io LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Sponsor"). The promotion is administered on Sponsor's behalf by JEMX International LTD. Questions, mail-in entries and winners-list requests: Contest@jemx.io, or by mail to the address above, Attn: Giveaway Department.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, prize suppliers and agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.

3. Entry periods

Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Monthly giveaway entries apply only to the month in which they are received.

4. How to enter

Purchase method: each KEY2 membership card purchased during an entry period earns entries into every giveaway open at the time of purchase: Silver 25, Gold 50, Ultra 75, Obsidian 100. Purchases in the KEY2 store (event tickets, merchandise and membership cards) earn one (1) entry per U.S. dollar spent, credited into every giveaway open at the time of purchase.

Free method (no purchase necessary): complete the free entry form at key2guide.com/giveaway for one (1) free entry per person, per giveaway, per day. Alternatively, mail a 3"×5" card with your full name, email, state, date of birth and the giveaway name to 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801; limit one mail-in entry per envelope, postmarked by the close date and received within 7 days after. Free entries have the same value and odds as purchase entries, and free-method entrants may receive the same number of entries as the largest purchase package by entering on multiple days or by mail.

Automated, scripted or bulk entries are void. Multiple identities or email addresses to exceed limits will void all of an entrant's entries.

5. Prizes and approximate retail value (ARV)

Total ARV of the Grand Prix Weekend and New Year's Eve prizes plus one monthly prize: $30,000. Actual value may vary with departure city and travel dates; winner is not entitled to the difference. Travel must occur on the dates specified. Prize is non-transferable; no cash substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Items not specified (ground transport, incidentals, gratuities, taxes on meals) are the winner's responsibility. Guest must be 21+ and sign a release.

6. Winner selection and notification

Winners are selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that giveaway, conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where lawful) within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must provide a Social Security number and will receive an IRS Form 1099.

8. Nevada disclosures

This promotion is a sweepstakes and not a lottery or gambling game under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 462 and NRS 463). No consideration is required to enter; the free method of entry is equal in every respect to the purchase method. Membership purchases are made for their own value and not for the chance to win. Prizes do not include any gaming credits, chips or wagers. Winners must be 21 or older.

9. California disclosures

This promotion complies with California Penal Code §319 and Business and Professions Code §17539 et seq. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not improve an entrant's chances of winning. California residents may enter by the free method described above. Winners' names and prize values are publicly available as described in section 12. Sponsor will not require winners to pay any fee, tax or charge to Sponsor to claim a prize.

10. General conditions and release

By entering, entrants agree to these rules and release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may award prizes from eligible entries received before the action. Travel is subject to event scheduling; if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Sponsor may substitute travel dates or a prize of equal value.

11. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the promotion and as described in Sponsor's privacy practices. Entrants may opt out of marketing email at any time.

12. Winners list

For the name of each winner, email Contest@jemx.io with the subject "KEY2 Giveaway Winners" within 60 days after the relevant drawing, or mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, WY 82801.

13. Disputes and governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except where prohibited.
